F.A.Q.: Installation

  1. I have installed eTraxis, but get a blank page (or page with error message) on start up.
  2. I have successfully installed eTraxis, but don't know username & password.

I have installed eTraxis, but get a blank page (or page with error message) on start up.

The most popular reason is misconfiguration of PHP (e.g. some required extensions are missing), or of eTraxis (e.g. path to application is not valid). Please check your configuration via self diagnosis page − just replace '/records/index.php' in your URL with '/diag/index.php', and fix all displayed failures.

Just enter 'root' as user, with blank password.
